Two different universes pretty much sums up most of the quagmire we all find ourselves in. The "on-paper" utopian goals as defined verse the deeply flawed and corruption filled reality.

Is this sentence grammatically correct?
Based on that incentive, unscrupulous intermediaries target and a lot of state land for invaders to occupy and create shantytowns.
